Interface for translating from a Throwable to an Element.

Class Summary

AuthorizationExceptionToElement	Translates from a uPortal AuthorizationException to an XML element.
DelegatingThrowableToElement	A wrapper for a List of child ThrowableToElements and the logic to poll them in order, accepting the result from the first to support the given throwable.
InternalTimeoutExceptionToElement	Translates from a uPortal InternalTimeoutException to an XML element.
ResourceMissingExceptionToElement	Translates ResourceMissingException instances to XML Elements.
ThrowableToElement	Generic ThrowableToElement which will translate any Throwable to an Element representing it.
