esup-helpdesk relies on Hibernate for all the database accesses.

The configuration files used by Hibernate are /properties/dao/hibernate/hibernate-jdbc.cfg.xml when using JDBC (batch commands) and /properties/dao/hibernate/hibernate-jndi.cfg.xml when using JNDI (web requests). These two files can be customized.

Astuce

In this case, allow the automatic recovering of the new class and the configuration file /properties/domain/computerUrl.xml when upgrading (see Recovering previous configuration and customizations when upgrading).
