La configuration des gestionnaires à leur création est faite par le bean departmentManagerConfigurator, par défaut de la classe The initial configuration of department managers is done by the bean departmentManagerConfigurator, by default of class org.esupportail.helpdesk.domain.departmentConfiguration.DepartmentManagerConfiguratorImpl. Pour configurer les gestionnaires différemment (de manière non permise par la classe par défaut), il faut :
