– Learning Analytics - The Apereo Approach [EN]
Partners in the Apereo Learning Analytics Initiative are collaborating to create a platform for the exploration and practical use of learning analytics in higher education. Josh Baron, Assistant Vice President, Information Technology for Digital Education at Marist College, will outline the work of the Apereo Open Analytics Initiative to date, including the adoption of several Apereo sponsored components as part of UK national infrastructure by the Jisc. Openness is at the core of the Apereo platform, which works with a variety of systems, including Moodle and Sakai.
