esup-helpdesk is a helpdesk application that takes care of user support at establishment-level. It can be deployed as:
- a servlet (using an existing servlet container)
- a portlet (into a JSR-168 compliant portal)
- a quick-start (stand alone application)
Source code is documented in English, and the application is fully internationalized (currently English and French translations available). The manuals (user, administrator, developer) will be soon translated in English, as esup-helpdesk will candidate for the JASIG incubator.
