takes care of handles user support at establishment-level. It is based on the esup-commons development framework and can be deployed as: - a servlet (using an existing servlet container)
- a portlet (into a JSR-168 compliant portal)
- a quick-start (stand alone application)

Source code is documented in English, and the application is fully internationalized (currently English and French translations available). The manuals (user, administrator, developer) will be soon translated in English, as esup-helpdesk will candidate for the JASIG incubator.
