The possible ticket priorities are defined in the attribute priorities of the bean domainService in the configuration file /properties/domain/domain.xml.
Deployers can add, remove or edit the existing priorities.
In this case, allow the automatic recovering of the new class and the configuration file /properties/domain/domain.xml when upgrading (see Conservation des personnalisations lors des mises à jour).
In order to change the priority labels, edit the bundle keys DOMAIN.PRIORITY.* (see Customizing strings).
